HubSpot software is now working for all users. We’ve identified and addressed the cause of the issue as a problem with a third-party provider that HubSpot uses to generate and purchase the numbers. The incident has now been fully resolved.
As of 1:40 PM EST, all customers attempting to acquire a HubSpot phone number will see an error stating “There was a problem acquiring this number. Please try again.” This error will prevent the successful creation of a HubSpot phone number. You may be able to self-resolve this error by trying the “Get this number” button again. This is happening due to degraded service from a third-party provider that HubSpot uses to generate and purchase the number.
