We've identified an issue that's caused some accounts to be disconnected from the Zoom integration since 1:04 AM EST (UTC -05:00) on Jan 23, 2023. Users can manually re-connect the integration, and we working to restore broken connections as soon as possible. We will update this page when we have more information.

We've addressed the issue that caused some accounts to be disconnected from and not connectable to the Zoom integration that occurred between 1:04 AM and 9:58 AM EST (UTC -05:00) on Jan 23, 2023. Admins in accounts who lost their connection to the integration will have gotten a notification to manually re-connect the integration. While your integration is disconnected, actions the integration typically logs into HubSpot won't be present, and won't begin logging in HubSpot again until the integration is re-connected.
