On Thursday, June 8, 2023, our hosted status page platform will undergo a feature update. Status pages should continue to function during the update. Do not hesitate to reach out over live chat, or email support@hund.io if you experience problems during or after this release. This release adds a new dashboard, which will be released as an open beta alongside the existing dashboard. As we continue to work on the new dashboard, we encourage customers to provide feedback to our support team. This release adds a new IssueTemplates REST API section, a re-work of our existing Issue Template feature, with support for arbitrary variables and better API-integration with Issues and Updates. Deprecation of Moscow Region; New Helsinki, FI Monitoring Region
Due to regulatory and legal restrictions, we are deprecating our monitoring region “mow-ru-1.blut.hund.io” (Moscow, Russia) effective immediately. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and for the short notice. Although this region is utilized by a very small percentage of users, we understand that this change may impact your monitoring requirements. To address this, we will be deploying a new native monitoring region in Helsinki, Finland. The new monitoring region will be available shortly, and we will update this issue once it’s ready for use.
