There is a bug with our database wrapper making it appear as if there are no licenses on any accounts. No data has been deleted, and it appears to be a purely visual bug. A fix will be live shortly.

Waitlist says "500" after submission
We are currently investigating a visual bug that causes the waitlist page in member portals to appear as if an error has occurred. If you have just joined a waitlist, your submission went through. This bug is purely visual.

Some member portals loading slowly
We are currently investigating an issue causing some member portals to load slowly. The issue appears to only be happening for dashboards using custom domains.
