There was an incident today that impacted the indexing of some videos in our storage, making those videos temporarily unavailable. If any of your videos were impacted, you will still see the videos listed in your dashboard, on channel pages or embedded players, but they will not be available for editing or playback. Modified Support Hours – Beginning November 1, 2022, our support hours will be changing. The new support hours will be from 12am-9pm Pacific Time Monday through Friday and 8am-9pm Pacific Time on Saturday and Sunday. Please note that as of November 1st, 2022 the IBM Video Streaming (Video Streaming and Enterprise Video Streaming) Mobile Apps, also the IBM Video Streaming Player SDK and Broadcaster SDK will not receive new updates or support. For alternative methods to broadcast live video please visit our Support Center. Also you may find information for alternative methods to create customized viewer experiences with our APIs on our Developer Tools pages. Users may also continue to access Video Streaming through the web, both at video.ibm.com and through Embedded modules.
