Notification on Data Center Consolidations
As part of the data center modernization strategy for IBM Cloud®, several data centers and PODs are scheduled to consolidate. It affects Watson Media live broadcasting services as we will not have stream ingestion services in mex01, hkg02 and seo01 datacenters. For customers in these regions broadcast traffic will be routed to ingestion services in dal09, sng01, tok02 respectively. The change will be effective on 17th October 2022. This message is about to notify our customers, no further action is needed.

Important Message regarding future SDK updates and support
Please note that as of November 1st, 2022 the Watson Media Video Streaming and Enterprise Video Streaming Mobile Apps, also the IBM Watson Media Player SDK and Broadcaster SDK will not receive new updates or support. For alternative methods to broadcast live video please visit our Support Center. Also you may find information for alternative methods to create customized viewer experiences with our APIs on our Developer Tools pages. Users may also continue to access Watson Media through the web, both at video.ibm.com and through Embedded modules.
