iland Engineering have resolved the issue with the storage repository impacting the Secure Cloud Backup with Veeam service located at the Toronto facility. All services for tor03-backup02.ilandcloud.com are operational at this time and iland Engineering will continue to monitor the environment for the next 24-hours to insure stability.

All services will resume automatically with no customer intervention required.

iland Engineering is continuing to work with the vendor to address a critical hardware failure with a storage repository impacting the Secure Cloud Backup with Veeam service located in the Toronto facility. Some customers peering to tor03-backup02.ilandcloud.com service provider will see job failures while we work to resolve the issue.

Current estimated ETA to resolution and service restoration is approximately 2-4 hours. We will continue to provide updates as our Engineering teams progress.

Current estimated ETA to resolution and service restoration is approximately 6-8 hours. We will continue to provide updates as our Engineering teams progresses.
