Infinite Talent Services in US Production are currently under review. We are getting a lot of alerts on things being down and then back up. Customers reporting either they can't reach services or it's taking a lot of time to get to them. We're reviewing and will update as soon as we know more.

Infinite Talent Services are available for all users in the in the US Production Environment. We are monitoring to ensure the issue has been resolved and will update again, closing the incident, when confirmed.

Some clients still reporting issues with some BR functionality. We're looking into those reports.

We have identified the cause of the random issues reported and working to restore full service and all functionality to the BR Product.
