Infoblox Scheduled Maintenances

[Operational Impact] BloxOne DDI scheduled maintenance

BloxOne DDI has an upcoming maintenance planned on Saturday, Dec 4th, between 4 PM - 7 PM UTC. During the maintenance, service updates will be applied to the on-prem hosts running BloxOne DHCP service. The update process will result in a DHCP service interruption of approximately 30 seconds. You can control the timing of these updates as to when they are applied or defer the updates up to a maximum of 4 weeks using ‘Schedule Software Updates’ in the Cloud Services Portal.

How can I pay for a subscription?
You can go to the Billing section in your account, and choose one of the plan. We've monthly and yearly options. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.
Can I get a refund?
We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it until ten days after the subscription has started. No questions asked.
You are missing one of the services I use. Can you add it?
