We are experiencing an unexpected delay in generating hits in DNS Activity and Security Reports on Cloud Services Portal (CSP). We understand the inconvenience due to the unavailability of the reports and are working actively to resolve it at the earliest.
Resolved BloxOne DDI DHCP- New configuration changes not being applied
We are experiencing an issue with BloxOne DDI DCHP new configuration changes not getting reflected on the on-prem hosts. Our engineering team is investigating the issue and working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. The existing services should be working fine. Resolved DNS traffic re-route in Sydney site
We are currently experiencing a DNS traffic re-route for BloxOne Threat Defense Cloud service in our Sydney site. While our Engineering team is investigating root cause and recovery, the DNS traffic will be automatically re-routed to the nearest site without loss of service.
