Resolved DNS Traffic Re-route from the Sao Paulo based Points of Presence.
We are currently experiencing a service degradation for our BloxOne Threat Defense Cloud service in the Sao Paulo region. While our Engineering team is investigating root cause and recovery, the DNS traffic will be automatically re-routed to the nearest site without loss of service.
