Resolved Featured topics cannot always be updated
We are currently in the process of patching a UI issue where featured topics cannot be updated on the homepage.
Resolved Issue with platform login on private communities (repeat)
Start 12:30; End 13:10 Inadequate clean up of the bug that caused yesterday's incident was re-deployed today causing downtime once again only for communities that are on private mode, in both EU and US regions. The clean up has been done and additional checks are in place to prevent this from re-occurring.

Resolved Data inconsistency in EU region
Due to the previous incident that we experienced some of the data in the communities might be out of sync. This relates to topic overview data in Control and user facing pages. This data issue is limited to EU communities. The synchronization process is still catching up and we will post an update when it finishes.
Resolved Short period of downtime
We experienced a short period of downtime between 17:42 - 17:48 in EU region. This affected the display of topics in both control overview and destination overview pages.
Resolved Event dates display error
We are currently investigating an issue with event dates displaying the wrong date in both the control backend and community front end. Events are looking to be displaying the previous calendar day.
Resolved Product update links throwing 404 for unregistered users
We are currently investigating a potential issue with product update links that are displaying 404 not found errors for non logged in users.
Resolved Problem with points leaderboard
We are currently investigating an issue with the points leaderboard not showing - will update this page once more info is available.
Resolved Higher rate of spam false positives
We are aware of a higher rate of spam false positives. We are relying on a 3rd party for spam prevention and need to communicate with them for resolution. We will keep you updated about the progress. We recommend to mark those replies as valid posts as much as possible. We apologize for increased moderation effort required to deal with those false positives.
