Resolved Firefox browser extension issue for some users
The Firefox browser extension version 15.1.3 is experiencing errors for some users and causing login issues on both Vault and Extension. We have identified the issue and will issue a fix later today. In the meantime if you experience issues with Firefox please login directly from the Web Vault, or temporarily disable the Firefox extension or switch to another browser for a few hours.
Resolved SMS delivery delay to US carriers
We are currently receiving reports of delayed SMS delivery to Verizon customers. We have extended the time allowed for 2FA acceptance until Amazon has resolved the carrier issue on their side.

We are investigating SMS delivery issues with US Carriers (Verizon). We have opened a ticket with Amazon AWS and will post updates as soon as possible. If you need to switch to a different 2FA method, please contact support or your Keeper Administrator.

Resolved Verizon SMS code delivery delays
Verizon users in the US are experiencing delayed SMS codes. If you need immediate access, please contact Keeper support or your Keeper Administrator to help disable 2FA and convert to another method such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.
