We are investigating SMS delivery issues with US Carriers (Verizon). We have opened a ticket with Amazon AWS and will post updates as soon as possible. If you need to switch to a different 2FA method, please contact support or your Keeper Administrator.

Resolved Verizon SMS code delivery delays

Verizon users in the US are experiencing delayed SMS codes. If you need immediate access, please contact Keeper support or your Keeper Administrator to help disable 2FA and convert to another method such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator. More info on changing TOTP methods can be found here: https://docs.keeper.io/user-guides/web-vault#google-and-microsoft-authenticator-totp-setup We have reached out to the Amazon AWS (SMS provider) and will update this page once the issue is resolved.

We are currently investigating intermittent connection errors in the EU data center.

Resolved Vault loading speed in US region

Keeper DevOps team is investigating Vault loading issues in the US region.

Resolved Duo push and push notifications

We are investigating an issue with Duo Push failures when logging into Keeper. Please use "text message" Duo or manual code entry option while we investigate the cause. The issue appears related to push notification responses.

Resolved Login errors for some user accounts

Some users are receiving an error "user_account_error" or "unable to connect" error message. We have identified the issue and are resolving it shortly.

Resolved Duo issue with Bypass mode, IE11 variants

1) Duo MFA on the Web Vault is causing "Unable to Connect" error when "bypass mode" is enabled on the Duo Admin Console. We have identified the issue and will be resolving this issue shortly. To work around this issue temporarily, users can login from a different network, use the Keeper Desktop App or just login directly on the Browser Extension. We have reproduced the issue and we'll be publishing a fix within the next 1-2 hours. 2) We have also identified certain variations of the IE11 browser unable to login from the IE11 extension and we'll be resolving that shortly as well.

Resolved SMS delivery issues for 2FA with Verizon network.

Verizon SMS 2FA messages are experiencing a high failure rate. We are investigating the issue.
