Resolved Issues with creating new trials

Resolved Degraded Performance with Infusionsoft Tags
We are investigating reports of Infusionsoft users not receiving tags from opt-ins to their forms. Leads themselves are still making it to Infusionsoft just without the tag attached. Tag submissions will not be lost during this time, they are currently queued and will send through to Infusionsoft upon the resolution of this issue. Resolved Degraded performance - published assets / storing opt-ins
Due to a connection issue with our cloud storage vendor Google, we are currently experiencing intermittent issues with loading published assets and showing failed connection errors. This issue may also affect the ability for us to store opt-ins for later sending and as a consequence, opt-ins may be lost. We are working to mitigate this issue and will provide more updates as they become available.
Resolved Degraded Integrations Performance
We are currently investigating an issue which caused some of our integrations to stop sending leads through to their intended endpoints, between 9:30pm and 2:00am central time, Feb 24, 2021. Leads submitted during this time were not lost, and were saved in our backend systems. We are collecting all effected leads that were previously not sent and will be sending them through to their respective endpoints once we've completed this process. We expect this process to take approximately 8 hours. You can access your leads before then as they are available via the CSV download option within the builder on effected assets. If you have any questions or need help finding your leads do not hesitate to reach out of our Support team for further assistance via the Support button in your account.
Resolved Trouble loading Opt-in Texts section.
We are aware of an issue that is currently causing the Opt-in Texts section of accounts not to load. We are in the process of applying a patch to resolve this issue and anticipate a full resolution shortly. This issue is only affecting the ability to display the Opt-in Texts section, leads submitted via Opt-in Texts are still submitting successfully. We will post further updates as needed. Resolved Issues with ConvertKit integration
We're currently experiencing delays with our ConvertKit integration. Currently we have a queue of ConvertKit tasks that are being processed. This buildup will cause delays with any ConvertKit actions such as connecting to ConvertKit or retrieving new lists from ConvertKit. Leads submitted during this time will not be lost and will be submitted once the queue has caught up. These issues should improve with time but we will update if there are any developments or when the issue is fully resolved. Thank you for your patience.
Resolved Issue with published assets through Wordpress plugin

We are currently experiencing intermittent downtime with our knowledge base due to Zendesk performance issues. Our ticketing, chat and phone support systems do not appear to be impacted.
