Resolved 85 Gbps DDoS
Our networking team was made aware of a DDoS that caused saturation on multiple providers for a few minutes. We have blackholed the IP that was being attacked.Customers with traffic traversing those lines may have experiences some packet loss and/or latency during that time. At this time we are monitoring the situation and will update if any other issues arise.

Resolved Premium Business Email Hosted Exchange Issues
Our Email vendor is reporting issues with IMAP Connectivity for Hosted Exchange Mailboxes and we are working with them to resolve this issue. As a workaround, impacted users are advised to use the Outlook Web Application (OWA) to access their mailbox. As we have additional info we will provide updates here. Teams are currently investigating a report of IP addresses showing on a less commonly used blacklist, and are working to resolve the issue. Some customers have experienced a delay in email delivery as a result.
