We have deployed a fix that has resolved this issue
We've identified an issue with the "Show blocked content" button on Microsoft's end that normally allows images to appear in an email. We've begun rolling out a workaround so that these previews will continue to show images.
We are currently investigating an issue where previews captured for Office 365 web clients are missing images.
