DDoS attack mitigated

Due to the DDoS attack, Make servers were unable to receive some webhook requests from our customers and as a result, such data couldn't be delivered to scenarios. In some instances data was redelivered at a later point, but in order to be sure, we advise that you reload any data from the app-list below that was uploaded during the following time frames (times shown in CET):

Our investigation revealed webhooks coming from those apps were affected:

Slack, Zoom, Facebook Lead Ads, Intercom, Segment, Todoist, Quickbooks, Square, Instagram, and Box

A fix has been implemented and the service is now stable. The team continues to monitor and proactively manage any potential issues.

Our engineers are working on restoring the website functionality. Scenario executions and webhooks continue running normally.

Users are currently not able to access make home page . Slack webhooks and scenarios are still operational . Our team is working on restoring the service.

All services have been restored. Some users may observe degraded performance of the web site. The team continues to monitor and evaluate the situation on an ongoing basis.

Make home page has been disabled temporarily, Slack webhooks processing is currently affected as well, the team continues working on the restoration.

Our Make home page has just been reenabled, you can now continue using it to sing in and sign up. We continue on the overall incident mitigation and full service restoration.

Please note the issue with Slack webhook has been addressed, these webhooks are being processed properly now. The team continues implementing further technical measures to mitigate the overall ongoing incident and fully restore the service.

At this point, users may not be able to log in and manage their scenarios. However, our Customer Care team can help you with your scenarios and you can reach out to them via helpdesk.urgent@make.com

We continue to experience intermittent technical issues that affect our customers’ ability to access the home page, login to Make and perform certain operations. Our team is actively working on mitigating the issues and restoring the service.

The service is up and running with exception of shared webhooks, which are affected at the moment. Investigation continues.

We are still working on solution to block IP addresses where DDOS comes from in order to enable login to impacted sites (EU and Make site). Remaining sites are accessible and functioning properly.
