Resolved [Production] Disturbance on KYC identity proof documents
You may have experienced an elevated rate of KYC refusals on identity proof documents: - Associated with the « Unreadable » or « Falsified » refusal reasons. - Mainly on French national ID. A first fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. Further investigations are ongoing to ensure that all potential causes have been identified. We will update this status today as soon as more information becomes available.
