Some users can’t see any available Facebook pages and Instagram accounts for connection and/or Refresh Permissions for the connected accounts. Please check the following link for more information from Meta Support Team: https://developers.facebook.com/support/bugs/994034301555870 The link above is a bug report where you will be able to track the progress on this issue's resolution if you subscribe to it.
