All delays for inbound and status updates messages have been delivered now, our messaging processing system is now back to normal. New status updates and inbound are being processed with no delays.

The current impact of this incident is in delays for inbound messages and status updates for multiple channels, the most affected channel is Whatsapp. Outbound message processing is not having delays.

Inbox users may sense that outbound messages are not being sent given the status updates are delayed, however, outbound traffic is not experiencing delays, but status updates and inbound messages.

Currently, customers may be experiencing delays receiving inbound and status updates for Whatsapp. Outbound Whatsapp messages are being processed with no delays. Conversations API and Inbox users may be affected
