This incident has been resolved.
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
We verified that there was instability in some deploys in the galaxy due to an increase in resources and demand.
It did not happen to all customers. Only a part was impacted.
We are investigating the issue in all regions of the Galaxy. This only affects the deployment layer of client applications.
