Title: Users may see an error screen when starting Microsoft Teams
User impact: Users may see an error screen when starting Microsoft Teams.
Current status: We’ve determined that reverting the service to an earlier build successfully resolves the issue and is likely the most efficient means to remediate impact. We're testing the reversion process on a portion of the affected environment to verify this is a sufficient and viable solution for the issue before we proceed with fully reverting. In parallel, we’re continuing to finalize the development of our code fix for the issue as a potential contingency in the event reverting to the previous functional build takes longer than expected or is deemed ineffective.

User impact: Users may see an error screen when starting Microsoft Teams.
Current status: To ensure that no adverse impacts occur as a result of our fix, we're testing two potential remediations for best results. We're testing to see if reverting to a previous build solves the issue without introducing any regressions as a potential faster remediation solution. Alternatively, we're preparing a fix to correct the issue which we'll test and validate, but may take longer overall to deploy to affected users and resolve impact than reverting to a previous build.
