Resolved Salesforce Service Disruption
Salesforce is currently experiencing a service disruption (https://status.salesforce.com/generalmessages/697). At this time Mixmax features that rely on Salesforce are experiencing elevated error rates. Activity syncing to Salesforce and updates synced from Salesforce are delayed for some customers until Salesforce remediates the service disruption.
Resolved Unable to load https://mixmax.com
The Mixmax homepage does not currently load when accessed at https://mixmax.com. It can however be accessed at https://www.mixmax.com. There is no impact on Mixmax product components (e.g. rules, sending emails, the API).
Resolved Issues Loading Gmail
Gmail is currently unavailable for some customers due to an ongoing outage from Google. See https://www.google.com/appsstatus for more information. We will keep this incident updated as the issue with Gmail changes.
Resolved Degraded sequence processing functionality
Our sequence processing functionality is currently degraded. Users may not be able to add new recipients to sequences or pause or resume recipients, and we are currently not processing sequence stages or sending sequence emails.
Resolved Unable to send emails
Sending emails with Mixmax is temporarily unavailable. You can still send emails through Gmail. Sequences and templates are also temporarily unavailable. Scheduled messages (send later and sequences) are delayed and will be sent shortly. The Live Feed and Insights are functioning as expected. Please check our status page for updates. Sequence analytics are currently delayed for up to one hour across all users. We're investigating the issue.
Resolved Google Workspace and GMail outage

Resolved Increased error rate when uploading inline attachments
We are currently investigating reports of errors when uploading inline attachments to emails in Gmail using the "insert photo" button. We'll update this incident in 30 minutes or when we have more information, whichever comes first.
Resolved Delayed analytics
Analytics across the product (specifically sequence, message, thread, and calendar analytics) are currently delayed by around ten minutes. We're investigating the source of the delays.
Resolved Web app not responding
We believe we have identified the root cause of the issue and are working to mitigate.
