Mode relies on an external service to provide search capabilities for our global search bar and the text search filter in Collections. We had identified an issue with this external service since last week when this issue was reported and have been working with them to resolve it. Unfortunately, as of today, our efforts have only slightly improved the performance but have not completely brought the performance back to an acceptable level. We have escalated this with the highest priority to the vendor and continue to follow through with them. Thank you for your continued patience as we work through this, and our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
