Resolved Minority of users unable to access mural workspace
At 15:40 UTC we detected a subset of users with errors logging to their MURAL workspace. We implemented a change at 15:55 UTC that appears to have resolved the issue, and users are successfully logging in to MURAL again. We are continuing to monitoring the situation.
Resolved Mural thumbnails generating slower than usual
We have identified an issue with mural thumbnails generating slower than usual. We’re working on a fix and will post updates as we have them.
Resolved Public website outage
Our public website is currently unavailable, we're investigating the issue. Our applications are not affected by this and all content is accessible.
Resolved MURAL Support services currently unavailable - in-app chat and Help Center
One of MURAL's providers, Intercom, is currently experiencing issues with increased latency for certain services. As a result MURAL's in-app chat with Support and Help Center (https://support.mural.co) are currently unavailable. As an alternative, you can contact MURAL's Support team via [email protected] There should be no impact on your usage of MURAL, however we are monitoring this closely in case there's any change. Resolved Increased load times with some murals

Resolved Minority of users unable to access murals
Earlier today one of MURAL's cloud hosting providers, Microsoft Azure, performed unexpected maintenance on one of our backing services. From 13:01 to 13:13 UTC, a minority of MURAL users saw a "trying to reconnect" when accessing their murals. Full service was restored within 12 minutes. We apologize for this inconvenience. MURAL is preparing remedial actions to prevent similar events from occurring in the future.
Resolved Images are not included in exports
Images are currently not being included when exporting a mural due to an issue with 3rd party providers. We're investigating whether a workaround is possible until the core issue is resolved.
Resolved Unable to load mural canvas
Some users are seeing an error message when clicking to open a mural canvas. We're currently investigating. A workaround that is working for some users: access the mural with ‘open in a new page’ or by pasting the link in the new window
