Nextiva is currently experiencing a connectivity issue at our headquarters. Our engineers are aware of the issue and working with our Internet Service Providers to resolve this as soon as possible. Resolved CenturyLink Nationwide Service Disruption

CenturyLink is currently experiencing a nationwide service disruption. Although Nextiva does not utilize the affected services, many of our customer’s Internet Service Providers do. As a result, you may have difficulty reaching Nextiva portals and services. CenturyLink is well aware of the issue and providing updates via their Twitter account. Nextiva is monitoring the situation as well as taking as much action as possible to lessen the impact on customers.

Resolved Nextiva Login Portal

A subset of Nextiva customers are currently experiencing issues with their Nextiva Login Portal. Our engineers are aware of this and are working to resolve it as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Resolved Hurricanes Marco and Laura

As Hurricanes Marco and Laura approach the Gulf Coast, customers in the path of the hurricane may experience service interruptions from the severe weather. As a result, wait times when calling our customer support team may be longer than usual. Please review our call forwarding guide. Resolved Nextiva Support Case Notifications

We are experiencing issues with Nextiva’s outbound support case receipt confirmation and status emails. Our engineers are aware of this and currently investigating. If you submit a new case, you will not receive an email confirmation of receipt. If you have an open case with Nextiva Support, you will not receive email notifications with status updates. This does not impact the speed with which we resolve your case nor your ability to open new cases and reply to existing cases via email.
