Outage Details

Our upstream providers, Twilio and Telesign, are currently experiencing an issue which is affecting our ability to send SMS to a subset of our users on US Cellular Network. These users will experience delivery delays. See [Twilio status](https://status.twilio.com/incidents/bv3mfbs87tbb) and [Telesign status] (https://status.telesign.com/incidents/l5vrmrqk2ywx) for more details.

We will resolve this incident once we have received confirmation the issue has been resolved from our upstream provider.
