EMA/TMA Submission System Problems
We are currently experiencing some technical issues which means the eTMA system is unavailable. This means that you cannot submit your EMA/TMA at the moment. If an urgent EMA /TMA needs to be submitted on the electronic-tutor-marked assignments (eTMA) system during this period: • Attach the eTMA file to an email and send it to etma@open.ac.uk. Please only submit the eTMA by email if you are unable to do so via the website. • In the subject field you must put your Personal Identifier number, your module code, and the tutor-marked assignments (TMA) number, all separated by a slash e.g. P1234567/B999/01. Please note that the email submission of the TMA/EMA isn’t immediate and there will be a delayed receipt. If there’s no email receipt within 12 hours, the submission has been unsuccessful. Unable to view booked tutorials in StudentHome
We are aware of issues for some students who are unable to view their booked tutorials within StudentHome. We are looking to release a fix for this problem later this week and in the meantime booked tutorials should be visible on your module website. We will share further updates soon and apologise for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
