Resolved Increased errors in our EU region
We're detecting increasing API errors in the EU region and are currently looking into the issue. Communicating with our cloud provider and try to identify its impact.
Resolved Observing errors in Incident Postmortem page
For some of the incidents, the postmortem report is not accessible at the moment. We're aware of the problem and currently investigating it.
Resolved Analytics page is not available
The analytics page is showing "Not Found" errors in the Web UI. We've identified the root cause and deploying the fix.
Resolved Notification Analytics report is missing data between April 9th and May 5th, 2021
Our team identified an issue where the "Notification Analytics By User" and "Notification Analytics" dashboards on the Opsgenie Analytics page did not receive data between April 9th, 2021 - May 5th, 2021. We'll be syncing the reporting data in a couple of days. In the meantime, customers can contact support to learn their notification usage. These reports are working from May 6th onwards and we will update this page when the missing data has been re-populated.
Resolved Bamboo settings page is not displayed in web application
Our team has identified the issue with the Bamboo settings page on the web application and is working to fix it. Check back soon for another update! Our team is working hard to get it up and running again.
