We have applied mitigations and confirmed that the majority of the affected services are restored. A subset of services are still in the recovery process, and engineers will continue to monitor the situation to confirm that impact is fully resolved.

Customer Impact: Customers may have been unable to access their instances, utilize service features, or perform service management operations for the following Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services:

- Management Agent
- Vulnerability Scanning Service

Preliminary Root Cause: Due to a configuration issue, a subset of the database nodes supporting the impacted services became unresponsive during the impact window.
