Zoom has resolved the partial outage that impacted a portion of the Outschool community on April 20, 2021. Please contact support@outschool.com with any additional questions or concerns.
Zoom has fixed the existing issues and we are continuing to monitor this throughout today, Wednesday, April 21, 2021.
Zoom has identified the issue and is working on a fix. We are continuing to monitor the situation and any users who were impacted by the partial Zoom outage between 2PM - 5PM PST on April 20, 2021 can contact support@outschool.com with questions or concerns.
