Resolved Failing Services in App1

Due to a momentary incident in App1 with one of our providers upstream, several backups and jobs failed completing successfully. OwnBackup has taken remediation steps to resolve the issue and can confirm that all affected services were successfully restarted by OwnBackup.

Resolved Backup errors due to Salesforce maintenance

Due to the Salesforce Spring 21 maintenance (https://status.salesforce.com/current/maintenances), some customers may observe that automatic backups have failed. OwnBackup has restarted them manually.

Resolved EMEA4 emergency maintenance

Emea4 region was temporarily unavailable as part of an emergency maintenance. Start time: 9:30 AM UTC Start end: 10:00 AM UTC All Backup services that were in progress, or scheduled to run during this window will be automatically restarted by OwnBackup

Resolved Errors with Salesforce API for Sandbox backups- "Embedded Service Label" object

We're tracking an elevated level of errors with Salesforce API for Sandbox backups. Errors are for the following object: - Embedded Service Label Our engineering team is currently looking into it and working with Salesforce on the issue.

Resolved Archiver App1 - Delayed Jobs

We are investigating an issue with delayed jobs in our App1 instance of Archiver.

Resolved EMEA1 DB issue

We are currently investigating issues with EMEA1 DB.

Resolved UK1 Region- delayed backups

Due to a temporary resource allocation issue, some backup services in the UK1 region had started later than their scheduled time.

Resolved SolarWinds Orion Cyberattack

Please note that OwnBackup does not use SolarWinds and is NOT affected by the recent related attacks. Our security team continues to monitor the situation and any other issues which may affect our services and report as necessary.

Resolved Failed Sandbox Services

Sandbox Data and Metadata Services were failing backing up due to the following incident on Salesforce: https://status.salesforce.com/incidents/6645 All impacted services were restarted.

Resolved ESBS issues in App1 - Seeds are not completed correctly

We're investigating an issue with "Enhanced Sandbox Seeding" in App1 instance - seeds are not completed correctly.
