We are seeing inline checkouts not loading or buyer getting an error message (E-403)
[Resolved] Starting from 2023-01-19 10:08AM (UK Time), we were seeing inline checkouts unable to be loaded, or buyers were seeing E-403 errors. Our internal team identified the underlying issue and deployed fixes by 2023-01-19 10:44AM (UK Time) and resolved the issue. We are currently monitoring the inline checkout.

Disruption to some checkouts - now resolved
Our engineers noticed a decline in the number of checkouts created and quickly found this to be related to an issue with the Inline Checkout. A recent release was rolled back 14 minutes after we became aware of the issue, which immediately resolved it and all checkouts are now working as expected, and we are monitoring. We apologise for this incident. Please contact support should you have questions or concerns.

We are unfortunately experiencing connectivity issues with the service we use to validate EU VAT numbers, causing customers who enter their VAT information to receive an error. Sadly, there are no alternative services in existence for this purpose, so we need to wait for the service to come back online. In the meantime, customers can purchase at full price and add their VAT details to their invoices instead, which will cause them to get the VAT refunded once the service comes back online. Alternatively, they can wait for the issue to be resolved. Thank you for your patience.
