Outage Details

Our engineers are currently investigating an issue which is causing an error when trying to generate a transaction report via the dashboard. We will update here once we learn more about the problem.

Our engineers are still investigating the issue which is causing an error when trying to generate a transaction report via the dashboard.

However, we have now released a workaround to export the CSV of the report directly without having to view the data first. For the time being, customers will only be able to export the CSV but not view the report in the dashboard.

We will continue investigating what was causing this issue and will update here once we learn more.

We’re aware of this issue and our Engineers are investigating the cause of this, and will work on a fix as soon as possible.

In the meantime, we are aware that these reports are relied upon and are in demand. Please message support if you are affected by and can't download the report yourself, and we will of course generate the report for you.

We are very sorry about the inconvenience caused by this issue.

Our Engineers have identified the cause of this issue and will start working on a fix as soon as possible. The issue is related to a query that is running in the background to generate the transaction reports which is timing out due to complexity. The fix for this is rebuilding the query in a more efficient way to enable all of our customers to self-serve the transaction reports again via the dashboard.

If you experience a timeout when generating the report via the dashboard, please message sellers@paddle.com and we will manually generate the report for you.

Our engineering team released a fix which improved the performance of the transactions report.

We have also enabled the View Report functionality with a date range restriction of 3 months. If you would like to view a report greater than this, please use the Export Report functionality.
