A partir de 18h30 foi identificado um problema em nosso sistema de notificação que ocasionou um atraso no envio de Webhooks. Devido ao atraso a conciliação/recebimento de mudança de status de pedidos com os meios de pagamento cartão e boleto pode ter sido impactada, ocorrendo em um tempo maior do que o usual. Nosso time de tecnologia já atuou no problema e os serviços estão sendo normalizados. Todos as notificações pendentes ainda estão sendo enviadas. Resolved Minor Instabilidade no pagamento de pedidos com PIX

Informamos que entre às 19:00 e 19:47 houve uma instabilidade em nosso provedor de serviços Pix que impactou diretamente os pagamentos das transações PIX geradas pelo Pagar.me. O incidente não afetou o processo de geração das transações, porém impactou a conciliação e possibilidade de pagamento de um pix, retornando um erro ao consumidor para alguns casos. A instabilidade foi normalizada e nosso time de tecnologia está monitorando o meio de pagamento. O transacional de cartão de crédito, débito e boleto não foi impactado.
