NAV Online Invoice system certification update and outage
Connectax Hungary informed us that their system went down because they are uploading their certificates. This has caused that many document miss the app response generated by the Hungarian Tax Authority. They have already been informed and they are working on a solution. Scanning outage with our scanning partner Advanced (former Cloudtrade)
We have received information from our scanning partner Advanced (former Cloudtrade) pointing to a disturbance since 31/12/2022 12:08 that affects some of the Pagero document flow. Documents can be submitted but the service is unable to complete the process and as a result the documents sent cannot be completed. Any document sent has been received by the system and once the issue is resolved they will be processed as normal, so please do not re-submit any documents as this could cause duplication issues once the system is back to normal. Advanced has identified the root cause of this issue and their development team is actively working to get the fix/resolution applied as soon as possible.
