8/18 0:00ごろよりプロプラン課金機能に不具合が発生しており、以下の影響が出ています。 # 発生期間 8/18 0:00 ~ 継続中 # 不具合詳細 + Visa/MasterCardブランドのカードをプロプランの支払いカードに使用されている場合、カードに問題がないにも関わらず費用の支払いに失敗する。 + プロプランおよび反社チェックサービスの支払いカードをVisa/MasterCardブランドのカードに更新しようとした場合、更新に失敗する。 # 影響範囲につきまして + いずれもVisa/MasterCardブランドのカードに限定される点にご留意ください。それ以外のブランドをご利用の場合は、本不具合の影響はございません。 + APIを利用した各加盟店での支払い作成など、PAY.JPのプロプラン利用料請求以外の決済に影響はございません。 # 復旧見込み 8/24 0:00ごろ(予定) # 対処につきまして 加盟店様で行っていただく操作等は現状ございません。 本件不具合の対象となっている加盟店様のプロプラン契約状況等につきましては、加盟店様に不都合のないよう弊社にて補正を行いますので、ご安心いただければと思います。 API、管理画面等につきましても、通常通りのご利用を継続していただいて問題ございません。 8/18~8/24の間に支払日が設定されているプロプラン課金につきましては、問題が復旧次第自動的に課金が行われます。申し訳ありませんが、通常と課金日がずれてしまう点につきましてご承知いただければと思います。 また、一時的に支払いが失敗する関係上、平時の課金失敗と同様プロプラン課金失敗通知メールの送信、および管理画面上にベーシックプラン切り替え予定日の表示がされてしまう場合がございますが、登録されているカードが不具合の対象ブランドである場合は、無視していただければと思います。

Resolved Minor 過剰なアクセスによる高負荷状態

2022/07/19 0:00ごろより、APIへの過剰なアクセスによりシステム全体が高負荷となる事象が発生しておりました。 影響中はレスポンスタイムが通常より大幅に増加していたほか、稀にサーバータイムアウトとなる事象も起こっていたことが確認されております。 過剰なアクセス源をブロックする対策を行い、現在は正常な負荷になっていることを確認できております。 この度はご不便をおかけし、申し訳ありません。
