Resolved PayTrace Help Documentation Unavailable

PayTrace has identified an issue accessing https://help.paytrace.com. We are currently working with our outside vendor to correct the interruption and hope to have access restored very soon. In the interim, those looking to schedule account trainings and demonstrations can use the following links to do so. Resolved Settlement Delays on Global Processing Platform

We are currently investigating an issue being experienced by the Global Processing platform causing delayed settlement for the merchant's who have an auto settlement time beginning at, or after, 7:30pm PST. All other settlement files prior to 7:30pm PST have been successfully processed. Global is aware of the issue and is attempting to locate the cause of the issue. Once they provide our team with the necessary information, we will resubmit all impacted files and update our Status Page. Once completed, batch reports will be generated and distributed as normal. Thank you for your patience as we work to correct this issue.

Resolved 7:30pmPST Global Settlement Delay

We are currently investigating a settlement error on the Global Processing platform causing delayed settlement for the merchant's who have an auto settlement time of 7:30pmPST. All other settlement files have been successfully processed. Global is aware of the issue and is attempting to locate the cause of the rejected settlement. Once they provide our team with the necessary information, we will resubmit all impacted files and update our Status Page. Once completed, batch reports will be generated and distributed as normal. Resolved Widespread Power Outages

We are currently experiencing a significant weather event which has resulted in widespread power outages across the area. Gateway functionality has not been impacted by this. However, phone support is currently unavailable. Email support is still available through [email protected]
