Resolved Major Connectivity issues with AWS (Amazon Web Services)

We currently identified reports of connectivity issues with AWS (Amazon Web Services). Transaction processing may be affected for merchants, as well as the ability to navigate through the gateway. This has impacted the Virtual Terminal, Processing Platforms as well as many other companies using their service. We have confirmed with one of our Processors that the issues they are experiencing are as a result of the AWS issue as well. We are continuing to work with them to assist in any way to gather more information, but unfortunately do not have an ETA at this time as to when the connectivity will be restored.

You can subscribe for updates on the official status page or create an account in IsDown. We will send you a notification in real-time when PayTrace has issues.
Why use IsDown?

What happens when I create an account?

How can I pay for a subscription?
You can go to the Billing section in your account, and choose one of the plan. We've monthly and yearly options. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.
Can I get a refund?
We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it until ten days after the subscription has started. No questions asked.
