An incident is currently impacting the distribution of SMS making it impossible to sign a document and/or connect to the eVault (MyPeopleDoc) application when dual authentication has been set up. The problem has been identified and fixed. Traffic is back to normal since 07:56 UTC. SMS messages created between Sunday and Tuesday morning have been deleted in order not to send expired codes. Our teams remain on watch on this one before considering this incident as resolved.

Le problème a été identifié et corrigé. Le traffic est de nouveau normal depuis 09:56 (heure française). Les SMS crées entre dimanche et ce mardi matin ont été supprimés afin de ne pas envoyer de codes expirés. Nos équipes restent en surveillance sur celui-ci avant de considérer cet incident comme résolu.
