System Impairment - Inbound messaging delays from Verizon

This incident has been resolved.

Our technology partner has confirmed that Verizon, along with the industry vendor, is delivering inbound SMS Traffic to the network with successful message delivery. We will continue to monitor to ensure continued stability.

We have observed services in this market have recovered and our carrier is finalizing repairs. This incident will be resolved when we confirm all repairs are complete.

Our technology partner remains engaged with Verizon and the industry vendor as they work to restore inbound SMS from Verizon to the network.

The issue with the upstream routing has been identified, and the relevant parties are engaged and working on mitigation. The changes they're making will most likely take through the day tomorrow to take full effect, so we will provide more details when available.
