Resolved Maintenance Apple Activation Server Outage

We are currently investigating an issue with Apple's server directly which is affecting devices from being able to activate. This is NOT a Phonecheck related issue, it's an issue with Apple's activation server. This will be an issue even outside of Phonecheck and not something we can control. Please standby as we find out more. (The iOS Phonecheck application is not affected)

Resolved Minor Apple iOS Server Issue

We have received reports of an issue with the iOS app not opening on all devices. We suspect that the Apple servers are having some issues at this time. We are reviewing this with the Apple team, in the interim we recommend placing any Apple device that doesn't open at this time to the side or we can send a temporary workaround if you need to finish an iOS project.

How can I be notified when Phonecheck is having issues?
You can subscribe for updates on the official status page or create an account in IsDown. We will send you a notification in real-time when Phonecheck has issues.
Why use IsDown?
We want to keep you updated on the status of the services that impact your company. You can setup a notification via email, Slack, or Discord when a service you monitor has issues or when maintenances are scheduled.
What happens when I create an account?
You'll have access to a 14-day trial in our Pro plan. You can cancel or delete your account anytime. After 14 days, you'll need to subscribe to continue to use the service and get notifications.
How can I pay for a subscription?
You can go to the Billing section in your account, and choose one of the plan. We've monthly and yearly options. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.
Can I get a refund?
We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it until ten days after the subscription has started. No questions asked.
