Underlying causes for impact in US East region were resolved by provider, and we have rolled back traffic to active for both regions now.
The underlying issues that impacted US East Region appear to have been resolved. At this time we believe most customer impact should be minor.
There are now some reports that PingOne Advanced Services are impacted as well. However the roll over for PingOne SSO and MFA seems to have resolved the previous issues there. It may take a while for connections and sessions to flush out though. AWS is also reporting some East region improvements.
There have been multiple reports that some customers are unable to reach SSO and MFA services. There is a presumed associated matching report from AWS affected "some customer network paths". In the east We have rolled over from east to west to help mitigate for now but are actively diagnosing impact and scope.
