We are having issues provisioning Toll Free numbers for new accounts. Because of this new locations/accounts must complete a 10DLC registration in order to message. We will continue to monitor the incident and will add updates as more information becomes available.

New Phones users are having trouble setting up their E911 address for Phones and making outbound calls. This only impacts new Phone users, and existing users should still be able to make outbound calls as long as E911 has already been configured. We appreciate your patience.
