We have applied changes in an effort to minimize and ultimately eliminate the application disconnects that users have been experiencing. Since the changes have been applied we have not yet seen further disconnections, however due to the inconsistent behaviour we continue to closely monitor and assess the situation. This incident is still under investigation and further actions may be required to bring it to resolution.
We are continuing to investigate network connection drops. At random intervals, we are seeing network devices attempting to failover, at which time connections can be dropped. We have made changes in an effort to minimize the incident and are actively working through system logs while we continue to work to bring the incident to resolution.

We are currently investigating possible network interruptions by our upstream providers that may be impacting access to hosted Atrieve.
