La situación radica (no se ha cerrado formalmente el incidente) en que nuestro proveedor de infraestructura web, llamado Heroku, reportó una caída masiva en todos sus datacenters en US y UE. Esto generó que tanto nuestra aplicación web principal, como nuestra aplicación web de respaldo estuvieran inaccesibles durante un periodo de aproximadamente 40 minutos.

Actualmente no tenemos más detalles de parte de nuestro proveedor, pero apenas los tengamos, vamos a realizar las comunicaciones pertinentes.
