この度Re:lationにおいて、以下不障害が発生いたしました。 ■障害内容:Re:lationにてLINEメッセージの受信ができない ■発生日時:2022/2/10 22:00~2022/2/14 9:30頃 上記期間以降に受信したLINEメッセージは、Re:lationにて正常に受信します。 また、受信できていなかった期間のメッセージについては、本日取得処理を行います。 ■対応状況:2/14 9:35頃より過去メッセージの受信を開始 取り込みが完了次第、未対応で受信をいたします。 全メッセージの取得が完了次第、こちらのページに掲載いたします。 なお、上記以外のチャネルの送受信に影響はございません。 ご利用者様におかれましては、長時間ご不便をおかけし誠に申し訳ございません。

Resolved Minor 定期メンテナンスの時間外停止について

毎週木曜日は22時〜23時に15分程度のサービス停止をともなうメンテナンスをおこなっております。 この 1/13 についてはリリース作業のため約40分のサービスの停止が発生していました。 ご迷惑をおかけし、申し訳ございませんでした。

Resolved Minor ダッシュボードにおける未集計の不具合

この度Re:lationにおいて、以下不具合が発生いたしました。 ■内容:ダッシュボードにて未集計期間が発生する不具合 ■未集計期間:2021/12/29 0:00~2022/1/5 23:59 上記期間の集計が出来ていませんでした。 ■対応状況:1/6 9:33より12/29~の集計を開始 ■対応完了見込み:1/6 23:00頃 集計が完了次第、順次ダッシュボードに反映されます。 (1/6 15:30現在、12/29~12/31までの集計が完了しています。) 全日の集計が完了次第、こちらのページに掲載いたします。 ご利用者様におかれましては、ご不便をおかけし誠に申し訳ございません。

There are a few things you can try:
How can I be notified when Re:lation is having issues?
You can subscribe for updates on the official status page or create an account in IsDown. We will send you a notification in real-time when Re:lation has issues.
Why use IsDown?
We want to keep you updated on the status of the services that impact your company. You can setup a notification via email, Slack, or Discord when a service you monitor has issues or when maintenances are scheduled.
What happens when I create an account?
You'll have access to a 14-day trial in our Pro plan. You can cancel or delete your account anytime. After 14 days, you'll need to subscribe to continue to use the service and get notifications.
How can I pay for a subscription?
You can go to the Billing section in your account, and choose one of the plan. We've monthly and yearly options. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.
Can I get a refund?
We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it until ten days after the subscription has started. No questions asked.
