Resolved Investigating issues with incorrect license counts
We are currently investigating reports of incorrect license counts affecting the license usage page and daily summary emails. We will provide more details as soon as more information becomes available. Red Canary security features and capabilities are not impacted.
Resolved Investigating issues with VMware Carbon Back Cloud
We are investigating ingestion issues with VMware Carbon Black Cloud (hosted by VMware Carbon Black Cloud). We have notified the VMware Carbon Black Cloud production engineering team and are working with them to ensure they resolve the issue promptly. Sensor telemetry, events, and detections may be delayed in our Web Portal, APIs, and systems that leverage those APIs such as Canary Exporter. New sensor connections and installations may be impacted.
Resolved Investigating issues with Alert Center
We are currently investigating reports of degraded performance affecting Alert Center external alerts. We will provide more details as soon as more information becomes available.
Resolved Detection Publication Notifications and Automate Actions Degraded
We are investigating an intermittent issue that is causing certain detection publication notifications and associated automation playbooks to be delayed. Detections that may be affected were published between 2021-06-22 19:41:32 UTC and 2021-06-24 15:40:00 UTC. A fix has been identified and deployed and we are continuing to test and investigate additional mitigations.
