Resolved SureTax API Outage - 4/9/21
We are currently investigating reports that SureTax's API is experiencing an outage. We have reached out to CCH SureTax to confirm the outage, and their timeline on restoring functionality. We are waiting on guidance and next steps from their team and will provide updates to this incident as we receive updates.
Resolved SureTax API Outage - 4/1/21
CCH SureTax is experiencing intermittent API outages as of today, 4/1/21. We are working with the vendor and assessing impact at this time. We will update this page shortly once support teams have assessed and can provide guidance and next steps as needed.
Resolved DynDNS outage.
DynDNS experienced an outage between 6:37-7:03 ET and caused DNS resolution (and ultimately, serving traffic) failures for some of our applications. Outages after the DynDNS resolution were likely related to residual effects of the original DynDNS outage. More details here: https://www.dynstatus.com/incidents/x8psymmjc5bw
Resolved MRC Posting Delays (2/1): Post-Mortem
Early this morning (2/1/2021) our automated process to update global data related to tax law changes encountered an alert. Our infrastructure team responded to the alert and corrected the alert but, due to the timing of the issue, there was a small interruption in the ability to post charges and a slight delay in processing the billing queues. Normal operations have resumed, and all billing should be finished.
Resolved Degraded Performance
A small subset of databases are experiencing some performance issues that is resulting in degraded application performance. We are currently investigating the cause.
Resolved Rev.io Secure Connection Notice
We are currently investigating an issue regarding security connection notices for forms and orders being submitted within the Rev.io UI. This appears to be related to a Google Chrome update from earlier this week in some, if not all cases. We'll keep this notice updated as we identify, monitor, and resolve the issue.
Resolved Database Migration
We are migrating a subset of client databases to our new datacenter, effected clients have been informed.
Resolved Importer File Processing
We have identified an issue with CDR importers that is preventing files from processing. A fix is being deployed in the next two hours, and we will be monitoring the results.
Resolved Account Status Changes
We are currently investigating an issue causing customer status to change to "Closed". Our senior development team is investigating the issue and will reach out with updates as we receive them.
Resolved Rev.io UI Access Errors
We are currently investigating reports of errors and system issues surrounding running bills, as well as a subset of clients being unable to log into their site. Our senior engineers are working on this now and will provide updates as we make progress. Thank you for your patience while we correct these issues.
