The FlexNet Operations Cloud ALM and LLM applications are experiencing connectivity issues starting Sunday, September 17, 2023 at 4:04 PM PST. Our Site Reliability Engineering team is working with our third-party provider that maintains the network infrastructure to/from our data center. We are working diligently to resolve this as soon as possible. We will keep you updated on the status and developments.

We are investigating an issue affecting FlexNet Publisher licensing in FlexNet Operations ALM on the migrated UAT (Group 2) environment. This issue prevents FlexNet Publisher users whose FlexNet Operations ALM is running in UAT Group 2 from being able to view, activate, or complete other license lifecycle operations for certificate- or trusted-based FlexNet Publisher licenses. NOTE: FlexNet Operations ALM UAT (Group 1) and FlexNet Operations LLM UAT environments are not impacted by this issue. We are working to identify the cause and restore FlexNet Publisher license support. We will provide a status update once more information is available.

We are experiencing issues with entitlement replication for electronic software delivery in the FlexNet Operations ALM Production environment. Entitlements for software delivery created on 02-Aug-2023 after 6:45 am PDT will not be visible in the end user portal. We are actively investigating the issue. We will provide an update once our investigation concludes.
