Resolved Degraded API performance
We're monitoring an issue where a traffic spikes caused an increase in GET /subscriber response time as well as increased timeouts. Everything appears to be stable now but we'll continue to monitor the situation.
Resolved Charts v1 Data Delayed
The computer that runs our charts v1 fell over. We propped it back up but the older version of charts is going to be about a day behind.
Resolved Incorrect takehome_percentage values for Google Play transactions
Starting on July 1st (UTC), the takehome_percentage field may be incorrect for Google Play transactions. This issue has been fixed and the data will be corrected for impacted transactions. Unfortunately, any events sent to webhooks or other integrations during this incident will have had the incorrect takehome_percentage. This issue will be closed out once the correct data has finished backfilling. If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to contact support.
Resolved Charts v2 data segmentation issues
We detected some data segmentation issues in the new version of our charts. This issue affects apps that are using the same product identifiers in more than one platform. In case you are experiencing this issue (seeing less data than you expect when segmenting by product identifier), filter your query by a single platform as a workaround for this issue. The original charts are unaffected and we are working on a fix.
