At 22:01 UTC, on January 24, 2023, the Salesforce Technology team noted a recurrence of the performance degradation impacting the NA107 and NA215 instances. During a performance degradation, customers may experience longer-than-normal wait times for pages to load. Some customers may also experience issues with Search and Message Queue (MQ) processing.
Upon investigation, the team determined an issue on the application tier and is exploring multiple paths to resolution.
