Resolved Users unable to sign in to Salsify

Our engineering team has identified and is addressing an issue that is causing some users not to be able to log into Salsify. This does not appear to affect any user who is already logged in. Resolved Webhooks and Emails are not being generated by the platform.

The Engineering team has identified an issue which is currently impacting the delivery of Webhooks and Emails from the platform. The problem started around 12:30 PM EST and is currently being investigated by the team, it is expected to be resolved around 3PM EST.

Resolved Product Page Report Outdated information

Our engineering team has identified an issue with our Insights application resulting in the Product Page report having outdated information, and the Search report failing to generate. This issue is affecting all Salsify organizations. We've isolated the source of the incident to be a partner service, whom we are working with to resolve. Resolved Product detail pages not loading due to error

We’ve identified an issue preventing some customers from viewing their product detail pages and are currently releasing a fix.

Resolved Channel Readiness Report refresh not functioning

We are currently investigating an issue preventing Readiness Report channel refreshes from completing.

Resolved Insights - Product Detail Page reports not refreshing with today’s data

We are currently investigating an issue that is causing Insights Product Detail Page reports generated after 10:00 AM EST on Thursday to include data from the previous day. If PDP content has updated since Wed. Mar 31st, the report may still show older data. This issue is affecting reports for the following retailers: Albertsons, Amazon, Chewy, Grainger, The Home Depot, Houzz, Kohls, Kroger, Lowes, Meijer, Office Depot, Overstock, Target, Walmart, Wayfair, and Zoro.

Resolved Configuring Parent Products UI Bug

We’ve identified and are working on a fix for an issue preventing users from editing parent products in the UI starting on 3/31. This will not affect currently running imports, exports, or API integrations as the issue is limited to UI operations.
