Resolved Minor Salsify FTP Outage

Our FTP partner is currently experiencing an outage, and is actively investigating the issue. This could cause FTP Imports pulling from the Salsify FTP and Channel publishes to the Salsify FTP to fail. As well as any Custom Integrations that rely on our FTP as a source or destination. Upon failure, Channel deliveries will retry twice, then wait until the next scheduled publish; imports and integrations will also retry and wait until the next scheduled run if failed, or can be re-ran manually. Resolved Minor Salsify Application Outage

Our engineering team has identified an issue that was affecting our Custom Integrations services such as Labs, Password Protected Catalog/Lightboxes, Kwikee integrations and other Custom PIM/DAM integrations. These issues are related to one of our partners services currently experiencing a service issue. Due to an issue on one of our partner's systems we are seeing some Salsify Systems with a degraded performance. Our data vendor is experiencing an issue that is preventing feeds from running. Walmart Share of Search reports published after Tue, November 23rd, 10am EST will not be generated until the outage is resolved. We've escalated the issue with our vendor and they are working towards a resolution.

Is Salsify down?
Salsify seems to be up and running. We're updating the status regularly.
I'm having issues with Salsify, but the status is OK. What's going on?
There are a few things you can try:

You can subscribe for updates on the official status page or create an account in IsDown. We will send you an email, Slack, or Discord in real-time when Salsify has issues.
Why IsDown?

What happens when I create an account?
You'll have access to a 14-day trial in our Pro plan. You can cancel or delete your account anytime. After 14 days, you'll need to subscribe to continue to use the service.
How can I pay for a subscription?
You can go to the Billing section in your account, and choose one of the plan. We've monthly and yearly options. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.
Can I get a refund?
We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it until ten days after the subscription has started. No questions asked.
You are missing one of the services I use. Can you add it?
Sure thing! Just contact us, and we'll add it ASAP. Some services are more straightforward to add than others, but we're going to work to find the best solution.
