We have noticed degraded performance for some customers using our BigCommerceV3 connector. Salsify systems are operating nominally, but it appears the BigCommerce API is failing intermittently. Republishing may complete successfully or may encounter the error again. We are monitoring for improvements or announcement from BigCommerce.

We have identified an issue with the Salsify FTP service provider. We have engaged our technology partner to restore services. Currently some uploads and downloads to ftp.salsify.com are likely to fail. This includes channel exports to ftp.salsify.com, lookup tables, and some connectors. We're experiencing an internal database issue (since 13:44 UTC) that is preventing publication feedback from being received which is making publications across all connectors / orgs fail. This outage affects all connectors and all organizations. Publications will be shown as failed until this is resolved. We are working to understand root cause and we don't currently have an estimated timeline for resolution. Once the issue has been resolved, since the publications are already marked as failed, any feedback sent to Salsify during the incident will not be processed. It is recommended that affected publications be resubmitted to ensure feedback is processed. There have been reports of errors when publishing content from Salsify through the Walmart API. The issue does not appear to be affecting all publications. The failures are being caused by our 3rd party, and our engineering team is working with them to resolve the issue. Issues submitting Order fulfilments to Walmart Marketplace
Our engineering team has identified an issue causing some Order fulfilments to Walmart to fail intermittently. We're actively working to investigate this further and find a solution to address this.
