Overstock Publications Appear Complete But Do Not Return Feedback
Our team has encountered an issue where publication feedback for rejected products is not returning to the Overstock Channel. We are currently working on a fix but are not able to provide an ETA at this time. We are currently experiencing an issue when authenticating/accessing Salsify's FTP. This can cause FTP Imports pulling from the Salsify FTP and Channel publishes to the Salsify FTP to fail. As well as any, Lookup tables, and Custom Integrations that rely on our FTP as a source or destination. Our team is actively investigating the issue, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Connection issues to Salsify FTP Partner
We are experiencing some intermittent connection issues to Salsify's FTP partner. We are working with our FTP partner to resolve this issue. Exports, Uploads and Lookup Tables using a file from the Salsify FTP may be affected. Customers with internal systems connecting via FTP should try using PASSIVE mode as a workaround. Salsify has detected an abnormal increase in response time from our German market data pool partner. As a result, we have temporarily paused syndication to the German market until our partner's data pool services have returned to normal.
