The Ethereum blockchain was fully synced at 13h00 (UTC) everything is back to normal.
Chain synchronisation is back, it should take ~1 hour to be fully synced. We monitor closely the issue.
We are currently investigating why blocks are not synced after the merge (switch from PoW to PoS): https://www.scorechain.com/blog/the-merge-ethereum
